Omnitrix LLC ("Omnitrix," "we," "us") is a low-voltage and IT field services company serving Maryland, Washington DC, and Northern Virginia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information from our website visitors, clients, and the independent field technicians who apply to work with us.

Information We Collect

• Contact information — name, phone number, and email address, provided when you contact us, apply to work with us, or request information.
• Professional information — for field technicians: skills, certifications, service area, availability, and rate expectations, provided in applications or work conversations.
• Communications — records of calls, text messages, and emails exchanged with us, including dispatch and scheduling communications.

How We Use Information

• To respond to inquiries and provide field services to clients.
• To offer, dispatch, schedule, and coordinate work orders with field technicians.
• To process invoices and payments.
• To meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations.

SMS / Text Messaging

Omnitrix sends text messages to independent field technicians who have opted in to receive work order notifications. Technicians opt in by providing their mobile number when applying to work with Omnitrix and confirming, verbally or in writing, that they wish to receive work order notifications by text.

• Message frequency varies based on available work orders.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages.
• Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at info@omnitrix.tech.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as required to deliver messages through our messaging service providers or as required by law.

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers that help us operate (e.g., telephone and messaging providers, invoicing and payment platforms), solely to provide those services.
• Clients, limited to the technician details needed to fulfill a work order (e.g., name and contact number of the assigned technician).
• Legal authorities, where required by law.

Data Retention and Security

We retain personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect it.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or opt out of communications, by contacting info@omnitrix.tech. To stop text messages, simply reply STOP.
